ID is essential at every event we operate.
All sales are final.
We reserve the right to request customers to present their payment card along with a valid ID to verify their purchase and identity. Should a customer be unable to validate their purchase they may be refused entry or required to pay on the door, refunds of online tickets will be at the companies discretion.
Refund requests are only valid for events that are moved in date or venue. Please send your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund requests are valid up to 48 hours after an event takes place.
We reserve the right to change the event schedule should an unforeseen circumstance arise or in the interest of public safety. In the event of this our mailing list will be notified and/or our social news feed will contain details. Sign up to our mailing list here.
Photography and Videography is recorded at our events. In attending one of our events you are in understanding that you may be photographed or filmed and that this media may be published at the companies discretion.
